AceHTML
AceHTML 5 Freeware from Visicom Media is a handy web development (HTML/XHTML/XML/CSS/ASP/etc.) text file editor. One of its beneficial features is that it color-codes HTML. http://freeware.acehtml.com/

Super NoteTab
A replacement for Notepad. This text editor offers many features, including some nice HTML tools. One freeware and several shareware versions available. http://www.notetab.com/
