Once a visitor’s shopping cart total is sufficient to be eligible for free shipping, the widget’s message changes to inform the visitor of this fact.
The messages’ text/HTML may be configured in the admin interface (click on thumbnail to view larger image) or by editing PHP template files.
Where the messages are displayed on your store’s front end is configured through Magento’s content management system via menu items CMS > Pages and CMS > Widgets.
